Six Broadway characters find themselves in New York after their respective shows have come and gone. Times have changed! Max Bialystock (The Producers) can’t compete on Broadway with the puppet and celebrity gimmicks in other shows. Yenta (Fiddler on the Roof) sees matchmaking falling apart when faced with online dating and singles chat lines. Amos Hart (Chicago) is unnoticed, but can’t help but notice Liesel (The Sound of Music), who can’t seem to land a part. They band together when the Narrator (Into the Woods) introduces them to a friend who can help – the Phantom (The Phantom of the Opera), who dreams of finding his former glory by shaping Liesel into a star.
It all goes horribly wrong, and the cast must find out if they can take each other for who they are.
