Thank you to those who came out to our planning meeting on Monday! Your enthusiasm is contagious, and we now have a fabulous performance opportunity coming up in the fall term, a Christmas cabaret/showcase called “I’ve Got Chills!” lead by three lovely ladies Natasha Zacher, Sydney McIvor and Vanessa Quarinto.
But of course, if we’re to have a show, we need PERFORMERS of all sorts, and that’s where you lot come in. Below I’ve attached Natasha’s email to you guys, and it has all the information you need to get involved! Please read it and reply to her at nazacher@gmail.com to express your interest.

Hello everyone! Given all the enthusiasm we saw at the first mash up meeting, we would like to create a performance opportunity for this semester! The plan is to have a Christmas themed cabaret/showcase performance on Sunday November 27th, with the show tentatively starting around 3 pm. The name of the show is: “I’ve Got Chills!” Pretty general, so you can perform anything you’d like with a “wintery” theme in mind. A solo piece, a duet, a scene, a monologue, a sketch, a crazy sweet dance number – anything you’d like! For a finale, the lovely Vanessa will be choreographing a group number! Those rehearsals will likely be a couple of Sundays in November, but those details will be ironed out later. What you need to know right now: if you are interested in performing in “I’ve Got Chills!”, please come to the information meeting this WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 12 from 7-9PM in SUB 207/209 with some sort of idea for your performance in mind. This is just a general meeting to figure out what kinds of ideas and pieces we can play around with! It looks like we are booked in various rooms in the SUB on Mondays and Wednesdays, and a few Sundays in the ballroom.
